How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, then click "Complete Order." You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot make changes. Contact us immediately if needed.
Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available on our Gift Cards page. Gift wrapping is available at checkout for select products.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all U.S. states and 230+ countries worldwide, including UAE, Australia, Austria, and most others.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking emails are sent within 24-48 hours after your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate with carriers.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Contact us at Support@SlickSafe.Shop with your order number. We'll coordinate with the carrier and resolve within 3 business days.

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Free return shipping. No restocking fees. Items must be unused in original packaging.
How do I start a return?

When will I get my refund?
Refunds process within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Bank processing may add 3-5 more days.
Can I exchange instead of return?
